Inspirational story - Must Read

Norman Vincent Peale, one of the most famous authors dealing with positive thinking, one day received a visit from a man who said:

- "Doctor, I have so many problems, I do not know how to cope. Give me a solution. '

Dr. Peale secured:

- "If I understand you correctly you would like to find a place where you do not have a problem? '

- "Yes, that's it, I'm ready to give everything I have for it. '

- "It is not necessary, continued doctor, I'll take you to a place where nobody has problems. Actually, there is 15,000 people who have more problems. '

And he took her to the cemetery ... the closest.

Inspiring Story -The Student and the Peasant

This story is true. Look for the power of metaphor that we can learn from this story.

There is a little over a hundred years, a student was sitting on a train next to a man who seemed to be a peasant healthy. This man prayed a rosary and fingered the beads between his fingers.

"Sir, the student asked the old man, you still believe in this stuff arrears? "And he laughed before adding
"I do not believe in such nonsense. Take my advice, take this string through the window and then learn what science has to say about it. '

"The science? humbly asked the men with tears in their eyes, I do not understand by this science ... maybe you can explain it to me? '

The student saw that the man was deeply touched. To prevent the further injury, he replied

"Please, give me your address and I will send you some books to help you in this area. '

The old man fumbled in his jacket pocket and gave the boy his business card.Discovering the card, the student, ashamed, bowed his head and dared not say a word.
He had read "Louis Pasteur, Director of the Institute for Scientific Research, Paris. '

"Ah! ... "Said the boy, whose disappointment was visible. "Dad, can you lend me only 6 €, please? '

The father was furious, "it is for this reason that you asked this? Do you think that's how you can get money to buy toys? "He points to the floor and continues:" Go quickly to bed in your room. I work hard every day, I do not want such childish! '

The boy remaining silent, into her room and closes the door.

The man sitting becomes increasingly nervous about the questions of the child.

"How dare he ask such questions just to make money? "Thought he.

An hour later, he pulled himself together and said: "Maybe he really needed to buy something with these 6 € and after all it is not in his habits. '
He got into a kid's room and opened the door.

"You sleep, my son? "He whispered.

"No daddy, I'm awake," replied the boy.

"I think I was too hard on you my son. I had a very hard day, and I unloaded on you. Here are 6 € you asked. '

The small, smiling, exclaimed, "Oh, thank you daddy! '

That is when the father saw the boy already had money, started to get angry and again.

The boy had the money slowly, then looked at his father.

"Why did you want more money if you already had? '

"Dad, it's because I did not have enough," replied the boy.

"Dad, now I have 12 €. Can I buy an hour of your time? Please, tomorrow come an hour before to the house. I would like to have dinner with you. '

The father, broken, put her arms around the child and asked forgiveness.

That is the Value of an Hour... Make use of every hour of your live :)

The Five Qualities of Pencil_Get Motivated

A little boy was watching his grandfather writing a letter.
At one point, he asked: "Are you writing a story that happened to us? And is it coincidence that this story about me? "The grandfather stopped writing, smiled, and said to his grand-son: "I'm writing about you, it's true. But the pencil that I use is more important than the words I write. I hope you like it when you grow up?

" The boy looked at the object with curiosity, but he found nothing in particular. "It's like a pencil every pencil I've seen in my life! " "It's all in how you look at things. There are five qualities that which, if you manage to own it to yourself will make you a be at peace with the world.

The Five Qualities of Pencil

First quality : You can do great things, but you must never forget that there is a hand that guides our steps. This hand we call God. And it must always guide according to his will.

Second quality : Now and then, I must stop writing and use a sharpener. That makes the pencil suffer a little, but it becomes sharper. So must you learn to endure some pain, because they will make you a better person.

Third quality : The pencil always lets you use an eraser to rub out what is wrong. You must understand that correcting something that has been done is not necessarily bad, it's perhaps something important to stay on track.

Fourth quality : What really matters in this pencil, this is not the wood or the external form, what counts is inside the mine. So, be careful, always, to what happens in you.

Finally, the fifth quality of the pencil: It always leaves a trace. Similarly, know that everything you do in life will leave a legacy and we should try to be aware of each and every action.

The Handicapped Girl - My Inspiration

♥♥♥♥♥INSPIRING REAL LIFE INCIDENT♥♥♥♥♥

Today morning while i was on my way to college in a government bus. I witnessed an heart warning incident which i would like to share with you all. The bus was quite rush, and there were no empty seats. In a particular stop a very old man entered the bus and was looking for empty seat. Unfortunately there was none. He requested few men for the seat but those men refused. A min later a young girl who was supposedly wearing a school uniform stood up and asked the old man to have the seat. The old man made himself comfortable and blessed the girl. The girl smiled back. Quiet a few people including me admired the attitude of such a young girl.

Almost half an hour later while the bus was heading to a stop the girl bent down trying to take some thing from under the seat where she was sitting. As I watched her, I could prematurely understand that she was not doing it with ease that was quiet a struggle for her. At that moment I didn't know why.
Eventually she slipped while the bus got to a sudden halt and got herself slammed very badly. Tears came running from my eyes As i lifted her , she stood up in terrible pain holding my shoulder for a couple of minutes. I had painful time when she asked me to adjust her artificial leg back to a proper position, which I did Eventually. The old man picked up her walking stick from under the seat and gave it to her . . .

She smiled at me and said THANK YOU BROTHER and got down slowly. This day is so special in my life when i met such a special girl who May have been physically a handicap but her attitude towards life showed that she was supposedly a super human.

An Inspirational Story-Pick-up in the Rain

One night, at 11:30 PM, an older African American woman wasstanding on the side of an Alabama highway trying to endure alashing rain storm. Her car had broken down and she desperatelyneeded a ride. Soaking wet, she decided to flag down the nextcar. A young white man stopped to help her - generally unheard ofin those conflict-filled 1960s. The man took her to safety, helpedher get assistance and put her into a taxi cab. She seemed to bein a big hurry! She wrote down his address, thanked him anddrove away.

Seven days went by and a knock came on the man's door. To hissurprise, a giant console color TV was delivered to his home. Aspecial note was attached. It read: "Thank you so much forassisting me on the highway the other night. The rain drenchednot only my clothes but my spirits. Then you came along. Becauseof you, I was able to make it to my dying husband's bedside justbefore he passed away. God bless you for helping me andunselfishly serving others."

Pinewood Derby-An Inspirational Story

My son Gilbert was eight years old and had been in Cub Scouts only a short time. During one of his meetings he was handed a sheet of paper, a block of wood and four tires and told to return home and give all to"dad".
That was not an easy task for Gilbert to do. Dad was not receptive to doing things with his son. But Gilbert tried. Dad read the paper and scoffed at the idea of making a pine wood derby car with his young eager
son. The block of wood remained untouched as the weeks passed. Finally, mom stepped in to see if she could figure this all out. The project began.

Having no carpentry skills, I decided it would be best if I simply read thedirections and let Gilbert do the work. And he did. I read aloud themeasurements, the rules of what we could do and what we couldn't do.Within days his block of wood was turning into a pinewood derby car. Alittle lopsided, but looking great (at least through the eyes of mom).Gilbert had not seen any of the other kids' cars and was feeling prettyproud of his "Blue Lightning", the pride that comes with knowing you didsomething on your own.

Then the big night came. With his blue pinewood derby car in his handand pride in his heart we headed to the big race. Once there my littleone's pride turned to humility. Gilbert's car was obviously the only carmade entirely on his own. All the other cars were a father-sonpartnership, with cool paint jobs and sleek body styles made for speed.A few of the boys giggled as they looked at Gilbert's lopsided, wobbly, unattractive vehicle. To add to the humility, Gilbert was the only boywithout a man at his side. A couple of the boys who were from singleparent homes at least had an uncle or grandfather by their side, Gilberthad "mom".

As the race began it was done in elimination fashion. You kept racing as long as you were the winner. One by one the cars raced down the finely sanded ramp. Finally it was between Gilbert and the sleekest, fastest
looking car there. As the last race was about to begin, my wide eyed, shy eight year old asked if they could stop the race for a minute, because he wanted to pray. The race stopped.

Gilbert went to his knees clutching his funny looking block of wood between his hands. With a wrinkled brow he set to converse with his Father. He prayed in earnest for a very long minute and a half. Then he
stood, smile on his face and announced, 'Okay, I am ready." As the crowd cheered, a boy named Tommy stood with his father as their car sped down the ramp. Gilbert stood with his Father within his heart
and watched his block of wood wobble down the ramp with surprisingly great speed and rushed over the finish line a fraction of a second before Tommy's car. Gilbert leaped into the air with a loud "Thank You" as the crowd roared in approval.

The Scout Master came up to Gilbert with microphone in hand and asked the obvious question, "So you prayed to win, huh, Gilbert?" To which my young son answered, "Oh, no sir. That wouldn't be fair to ask God to help you beat someone else. I just asked Him to make it so I wouldn't cry when I lost."
